
Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, our refund and returns policy is outlined below.
1. Returns
You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase may be required
Certain products such as hygiene items, personal-use products, clearance items, or digital goods may not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
The item will be inspected
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for the same product if available. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Digital products or downloads
Personalized or custom items
Clearance or sale items
Used or damaged items caused by misuse
